Air Jordan Air Ship SP x Opium

For the first time, Jordan Brand joins forces with iconic Parisian boutique Opium to tell its story through a limited-edition shoe. The design nods to Opium’s Moroccan roots and the story of how the store came to be. The brand’s founders are two young creatives from the Moroccan diaspora, Yace and Mounir, who took courage and followed their passions into a successful, community-focused boutique and creative platform. Since opening the store in 2001, their goal has remained the same: to strengthen streetwear culture in the French scene and inspire young people to think big to shape the future of culture.

Designed in Châtelet, this special-edition Air Ship represents Opium’s origins. The shoe features the brand’s iconic stars and mosaic pattern, nods to Yace and Mounir’s origins. The mosaic pattern was created in Opium’s on-site studio and draws inspiration from traditional Zellige, a decorative tile crafted in Morocco. The premium leather construction pairs a Sail upper with black and Court Purple overlays and pops of light blue. For a “special finishing touch,” removable Swoosh logos reveal the same intricate mosaic pattern. A Flight Club keychain and matching silk shawl are also included.
