RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS

For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for a refund or credit within 14 days of receiving the package. Items must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent in, neatly packaged and with the returns tag still attached. Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear. Items must be returned with all original labels, wrapping and other accessories (dustbags, clothing covers, etc.) received in the package. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged or altered or used as a shipping box. If customers wish to return goods, they are asked to visit the return center and request their Return Authorization Number (RAN). The request will be taken care of by our operators and you will receive by email all the instructions for carrying out the return shipment. Shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer.


REFUNDS

In the event that the customer requests a refund of the returned order, the refund will be made upon receipt of the package and only following quality control of the returned items. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in any case it is approximately 20 working days. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (EURO). Shipping costs are never refunded.


DEFECTS ON THE PRODUCTS

HubResell does not assume responsibility for any problems with the workmanship of the shoe and the lifespan of the pair once used. It is possible to make returns and exchanges of products only in new conditions. Products used or that do not comply with the policy within the "Terms and Conditions" section are not subject to returns/returns.
