After months of waiting, Nike SB's collection featuring The Powerpuff Girls franchise has finally gotten a proper release date. Select skate shops around the world will be releasing their own pairs of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup Dunk Lows on December 14th. A wider release of the Nike SNKRS app is expected to take place on December 15th. Each pair of the Powerpuff Girls x Nike SB Dunk Low capsule is priced at $135 USD (men's). Pairs for toddlers and babies are also expected to launch via the SNKRS app with an MSRP of $90 and $75, respectively.

Some of the coolest sneaker collaborations in recent years have been extensions of beloved franchises, like South Park, The Simpsons, and One Piece. Another popular series will soon be added to the list, as Nike SB just called the Powerpuff Girls hotline.

It is expected that Powerpuff Girls x Nike SB Dunk Low will feature a total of three different colorways, drawing inspiration from Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup. Following rumors from a few months ago, actual images of the “Blossom” colorway have surfaced. Save for a few slight differences, each pair will be made with soft, premium materials and feature a covered heel design with the signature large eyes of all three of the aforementioned characters.
