Air Jordan 4 OG White/Cement To Release In 2025
The 2025 Jordans are promising great things, and if the rumor about the return of the Air Jordan 4 “White Cement” is true, we could be in for a truly memorable 40th anniversary. On June 12, 2024, the trusted source confirmed that the White Cement Jordan 4 will return in the summer of 2025 with materials and design faithful to the original.
Jordan Brand is moving forward with a vengeance, planning several major re-releases this year and next. These include the Air Jordan 3 “Black/Cement,” the Air Jordan 1 “Bred,” and the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cat.” Now, according to houseofheat/Elden, the iconic Air Jordan 4 “White Cement” could return in 2025.
While nothing is official yet, the specs for this upcoming Air Jordan 4 release look very similar to the original. It shares the same product number as the recent Air Jordan 4 “Military Blue” and February’s Air Jordan 4 “Bred Reimagined,” and the Summit White/Fire Red/Tech Grey/Black color scheme is what we’ve come to expect from the 1989 classic. It’s unclear whether this will be a retro or a reinterpretation, but one thing is for sure: if something works, it shouldn’t be changed.
The White Cement Jordan 4 last hit retail in 2016, marking the beginning of a new era of Nike Air heel logos. For over a decade and a half, the Jumpman logo replaced the original branding designed by Tinker Hatfield. Prior to that 2016 release, the Air Jordan 4 “White/Cement” hit stores in 2012 with the Jumpman logo, a darker gray midsole, and, by many accounts, one of the least successful toe shapes on an AJ4.
As mentioned, the original version of the Air Jordan 4 “White/Cement” was released in 1989 and then re-released for the first time in 1999.
